The city has it all; beautiful beaches - ideal for water sports or simply sunbathing, a heady nightlife – a mixture of exquisite dining and trendy clubs, and an all-year-round temperate climate, and when you combine all these factors it really does make Marbella the perfect place to live, work or holiday.
After the events of the last 18 months, everyone is looking forward to a fabulous summer, where they can let their hair down, hang out with friends, and unwind. A summer that only Marbella can deliver.
Andalucia saw a ruthless first lockdown at the start of the pandemic, and then months of restrictions to try and keep the virus at bay. But finally, they have almost come to an end. The latest relaxation in the rules has seen the need to wear a mask when outside removed; they are however still mandatory when inside a building or where you are unable to maintain social distancing – so it is necessary to always have one on your person.
Spain is seeing a huge influx of oversea tourists as people flock to the sun, some for the first time in months, and property sales in Marbella are looking hot, hot, hot!
