Michael came to Marbella as a teenager when his family relocated from the United Kingdom. His late father was well-known locally and highly respected as a surveyor, he was involved in many of the significant and ground-breaking developments along the Costa del Sol. Michael was happy to follow in his father’s footsteps, choosing a career in property and initially he worked in project management and was part of the team that refurbished the Hotel d’Arts. In 2000 he was offered a job by the London office of the global chain of property agents Hamptons International and became part of the new Marbella team. His next move took him to Panorama, one of Marbella’s oldest real estate firms. Finally in 2009 he decided to branch out on his own, establishing Michael Dolan Estates, which then grew into Dolan Property when it moved to the current premises on Marbella’s Golden Mile in 2011. “I started Dolan Property to combine my love of real estate and Marbella. I want to provide all my customers, buyers and sellers, with the very best personal service available, and to be an example of trust, honesty and discretion in the profession.”
